TOMPKINSVILLE, KY – Congressman James Comer officially opened his district office in Tompkinsville on Friday. Many people came to see the Congressman, his office and his staff.
Congressman Comer was pleased with the great turnout, more than 100 people took time out of their busy day to come to hear from the representative of the first district of Kentucky.
Several students from Mayfield and Graves County High School traveled to Washington, D.C. for the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America’s National Leadership Forum.
It’s one of the largest substance abuse prevention training events in the nation. The main focus is targeting students in high school to encourage them not to get involved in drugs and alcohol.
Congressman James Comer was sworn into the 115th Congress of the United States House of Representatives on the 3rd of January, 2017. Proudly serving Kentucky’s First District, Congressman Comer anticipates working closely with fellow members to tackle issues and hit the ground running in the 115th Congress.
