WASHINGTON—Today, Congressman James Comer (R-Ky.) had breakfast at the White House with U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Brooke Rollins. They discussed a broad range of agricultural policy initiatives and pledged to work together to expand market opportunities and remove barriers for America’s farmers. Secretary Rollins and Congressman Comer also share a unique background in agricultural leadership, having served concurrently as state Future Farmers of America (FFA) Officers, with Secretary Rollins representing Texas and Congressman Comer representing Kentucky.
