Background:
Hickman County Industrial Development Authority (HCIDA) will utilize this funding to construct a business commerce center in the local industrial park to attract new industrial development and assist in retaining local businesses that are surpassing their current facilities. This project would provide an affordable option to these professional service providers, incentivizing them to locate to a developing area of the community and bolstering the economy.
